1. Free Shipping offer is available only on Homeshopy99 Website Orders. The Orders under free shipping offer would be sent through economical courier service (Depending on shipping address). We could cancel orders and would refund full amount for non-serviceable areas (If any). Please note the total amount does not include custom duty or any other charges (if at all charged by country of import). Any extra charge required to clear the shipment to be paid by the buyer.

2. Discounts and Offers are valid for Website Purchase Only.

3. Free Shipping is not valid for Wholesale & Export Orders.

4. Discounts or Offers will be shown on Shopping Cart Review Page Only (If Any).

5. The products would be despatched through courier/cargo company of international repute.

6. The shipping charges vary depending upon the shipping mode and the country where the products are being shipped. (if for some reason the shipping is not being serviced by courier companies, extra shipping charges would be applicable. The company will advise of the same on receiving the order)

7. Custom Duty, Local Taxes, Quarantine charges and Clearance Charges if applicable would be extra as per the country of Billing Address/Shipping Address.

8. The Shipping charge does not include insurance. Insurance will be at additional cost.

9. The shipment would be despatched as early as possible from the date the order is received.

10. Please note however that the times in transit vary depending on your location.

11. Our company is not responsible and/or liable for any damages and/or claims what so ever, in case if any product is not allowed by country of import, after placement of order and dispatch of goods.

12. If for any reason the goods are not cleared by the customs of country of import and returned to us, then the company will deduct freight and insurance and clearing charges etc. from the billing amount.

13. You agree that any governmental authority including customs and security may open and inspect your shipment /packet at any time. The same is not in our control and liable for any refund / replacement of the goods.

14. Exchange of Goods is not Possible.

Refund Policy

We will refund, If Order is cancelled by homeshopy99.com or by customer (customer is required to send us a email within 24 hours of order confirmation to info@homeshopy99.com for order cancellation). In any other circumstance, there is no return / exchange / refund.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

Homeshopy99 ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order through your homeshopy99.com Account.

If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is dispatched.

 


 

Easy Returns, Replacements & Refunds

1. Return/Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 10 days of receiving the Product.

2. Refund/Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving of the product

3. Replacement will depend upon the availability of the product

4. In case the product was damaged while in your possession, homeshopy99 will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement

5. Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages need to be returned within 2 days of receiving the product

6. Order Replacement can be done in following cases:

-Wrong Size/ Colour/ Style/ Quantity

-Missing Parts/ Accessories

-Defective/ Damaged (if not under Manufacturer’s Warranty*)

-Not as per description

7. Return Package should have the original Price tag and Packaging slip

8. Few products are Non-Returnable. Please refer to the product page for further reference

9. For Manufacturer’s Warranty Products, you are required to visit the Brand Service Centre.
